This is a commercial-systems service, not full-service property management. You pay for property internet; we operate StayFi, without owner StayFi access.
How the services fit the plan
The five services work together in the managed Growth Stack for owners with 1 to 10 properties.
- $200/month
- Ongoing commercial operation, including Hostaway and StayFi subscriptions, pricing support, guest capture, managed email, SEO, coaching and reporting.
- 8% of direct-booking revenue
- Direct bookings only, never OTA revenue. Excludes taxes, cleaning fees and pass-through fees. Payment-processing costs still apply, including on direct repeat bookings. Epic Stays Marketing is the merchant of record for direct bookings.
- One-time onboarding
- $1,000 for the first unit and $500 for each additional unit. Includes an original property website and the StayFi (or equivalent) WiFi-capture kit you own, with an owner-controlled domain.
- Enterprise: over 10 properties
- A fractional CMO engagement, separate from the managed stack. Scope and fees are set out in a written estimate.
