Social distribution

Stay visible.

Property highlights, local stories and seasonal posts, built around your stay and your approvals.

What this covers

Social distribution turns your listing into a content engine. Property highlights, local stories and seasonal posts form a repeatable stream of content to keep your stay top of mind.

What we set up

The social system includes social media content, a seasonal posting plan and owner approvals. Your property and listing provide the starting point for that content.

How it runs week to week

Content follows a seasonal posting plan with owner approvals.

What you get and what you keep

You get a social content system within the managed commercial work. You retain final approvals, property decisions and guest communication. Property highlights and local stories stay connected to the hospitality you provide.

What it costs

The social media system is included in the managed stack.

The managed plan for 1 to 10 properties is $200/month, plus 8% of direct-booking revenue and one-time onboarding of $1,000 for the first unit and $500 for each additional unit.

The 8% applies only to direct-booking revenue, excluding taxes, cleaning fees and pass-through fees. Never OTA revenue. Payment-processing costs still apply to direct bookings. See fee details and the guarantee terms.

Questions to ask in your assessment

  • Which property highlights and local stories should the content focus on?
  • Which platforms and seasonal posting plan suit my property?
  • How will I review content and give approvals?
