In September 2024, I started Port City Stays, a full-service short-term rental management company on the New Hampshire seacoast.

In two years, I built it to 23 properties under management. The managed portfolio generated $1.5 million in rental revenue in the last 12 months.

I learned a lot over those years, especially how to price and promote properties as a daily operating job, not a set-and-forget listing.
