This site is operated by ARJ Labs, doing business as Epic Stays Marketing. Here is what happens when you contact us or choose to play our presentation.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, property URL, market and current booking channels, with an optional message. These inquiry fields are stored securely so we can respond and follow up. Please include only the information needed for your inquiry.
Resend delivers an internal email notification to [email protected]. There is no automatic reply email. We use your inquiry for our response and follow-up; we do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
To protect the form from spam and repeated submissions, we check a hidden spam field, submission timing and request information for rate limiting. A short-lived, first-party cookie supports submission timing when JavaScript is disabled. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Browsing and optional video
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores inquiries and processes web requests. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate usage analytics on the live site. Site fonts and other page assets are hosted with the site. The form’s anti-spam timing cookie is described above.
On epicstaysmarketing.com, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure site visits and inquiry conversions. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<container-id>, kept for up to 2 years). Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we do not send your inquiry fields to Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
The presentation uses a locally hosted image. Loom content loads only when you activate Play; the separate Watch Video link takes you to Loom if you choose it. Once activated, the third-party player can load its own scripts, receive technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under Loom’s privacy practices.
Resend processes inquiry data to deliver our internal email notification.
How long information stays
There is no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for stored inquiries and email copies. We provide deletion on request. Temporary anti-spam checks are separate from inquiry retention.
Access, deletion and questions
To request access to or deletion of your inquiry, or ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. Tell us the email address you used for the inquiry. We may need to confirm that it belongs to you before providing or deleting information.
