What this covers
Revenue discipline pairs dynamic pricing algorithms with weekly human review of demand, booking pace and minimum stays. The work includes pacing review and rate adjustments. ESM partners with Synchronest for this pricing layer.
What we set up
The pricing layer combines algorithmic pricing with human review and pacing support. It sits alongside the connected channel calendar rather than being a separate hospitality service.
How it runs week to week
Demand, booking pace and minimum stays receive weekly human review. Pacing and rate adjustments are part of the work, alongside the monthly feedback included in the managed plan.
What you get and what you keep
You get pricing support and pacing review within the managed commercial systems. You retain property decisions, final approvals and the day-to-day hospitality work, including guest communication.
What it costs
Revenue management in the pricing comparison includes pricing support and pacing review. This is part of the managed stack, not a separate pricing-tool quote.
The managed plan for 1 to 10 properties is $200/month, plus 8% of direct-booking revenue and one-time onboarding of $1,000 for the first unit and $500 for each additional unit.
The 8% applies only to direct-booking revenue, excluding taxes, cleaning fees and pass-through fees. Never OTA revenue. Payment-processing costs still apply to direct bookings. See fee details and the guarantee terms.
Questions to ask in your assessment
- What does my current booking pace tell us about my rates and minimum stays?
- What property constraints should inform pricing decisions?
- Which pricing decisions would need my approval, and how would we review them?
